Lea & Perrins Honey Glazed Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts with or without skin
25g (1oz) butter
4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp clear honey
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp dried ginger
1 tbsp water

Score the chicken breasts and fry in butter for 8-10
minutes on each side until cooked.

For the marinade, mix together the Worcestershire Sauce,
honey, ketchup, ginger and water.

Add to the chicken in the pan. Baste the chicken continuously, reducing the sauce to a glossy glaze.

Serve with any remaining sauce poured over.
