Anneliese's Honey Mustard Chicken

Chicken In Mustard and Honey Sauce

Serves 4

4 big chicken breasts
120 grams honey
2 soup spoons of old style grain mustard
80 mls of cider vinegar
2 sweet potatos
enough normal potatos for four (they say 600 grams but that seems very little).

Mix honey, mustard and vinegar together and put into a dish, add
chicken breasts and allow to marinade.
Boil sweet potato and do the same with the spuds.
Put chicken, in pan and fry till cooked, about 15 mins.
Add sauce to pan at the end, mash spuds and sweet potato and serve....
